Where do I even begin? The Bed sheets were very dirty, with sand in the bed sheets, the bathroom smelt disgusting. The air conditioning didn’t work. The kitchen was out of order. I’d like to complain about the water pressure, but there was none. Just a lukewarm trickle. To top it all off, we paid for a laundry service, which was forgotten about. We were promised it would be dry and ready for 9am the next day, as we had a morning flight to catch. At 9:30am, there were no staff available anywhere. We had no other choice than to let ourselves into the staff room to take our WET clothes. Such an inconvenience. When I spoke to a staff member about this, they didn’t even apologise or offer a refund. We have paid for our clothes to be wet, that is all.
