- Металлические ключи от дверей, а не пластиковые карточки - Ковры в коридораха на этажах (но нужно ходить без обуви) - Есть общая кухня, где есть холодильник, СВЧ печь, Чайник, но не работает плита

- Пыль на телевизоре, на столике и в других местах. Будто влажную уборку не проводили несколько месяцев - Нет чайника, питьевой воды и кружек - Запах канализации в туалете - Проблемы с горячей водой в душе
