L'accoglienza e la gentilezza degli host, la possibilità di accedere prima del check-in nella struttura, la pulizia, l'ampiezza dell'appartamento, la doccia comoda e nuova e aver trovato tutto l'occorrente per la colazione.

Don't expect a great view, but a good practical apartment. Good location, quite equipped kitchen, coffee machine, laundry machine. They allowed me to keep my stuff for couple extra hours.

The whole house had a lot of fake perfume, I had to hide it otherwise I got headache. The blanket was very stinky

The hosts are very good and nice people . Good location . Very big and clean room .

The mattress is not so confortable and The NEIGHBOURS make too much noise ! You can sleep when they sleep, and you wake up when they wake up , because they speak very loud and it seems that they are in the same room with you !!!

Eine sehr saubere und große Wohnung, die mit allem ausgestattet ist (Geschirr, genügend Schränke, Herd, Waschmaschine, Waschpulver, Kaffeemaschine, Bidet, saubere Bettwäsche und genügend Tücher, Geschirrtuch, Putzmittel, es gab sogar eine Flasche Wasser und Fruchtsaft). Alles in gutem Zustand. Die Wohnung liegt nahe an der Innenstadt, zum Bahnhof/Busbahnhof sind es 30 Gehminuten. Der Vermieter bietet auch einen Shuttleservice an. Die Moskitonetze vor dem Schlafzimmerfenster sind auch in gutem Zustand. Es war insgesamt sehr ruhig, so dass man gut ohne Ohrstöpsel schlafen konnte (ausgenommen die sehr kurzen Momente, in denen der Nachbar die Haustür geöffnet hat). Das Internet ist in der Küche sehr fix. Den Fernseher habe ich nicht ausprobiert. Das zugesendete Video zum Betreten der Wohnung war sehr hilfreich.

Die Wohnung ist leider etwas feucht. Die Wand in der Küche war im unteren Bereich so feucht, dass die Farbe an meinen Rucksack abgefärbt hat. :-/ Lüften ist sehr wichtig!

It is easy to get in. The room is big and clean, well equipped like home. They have bins for separate waste collection.

I did not like the "breakfast". There were packaged sweet pastries with a long shelf life, rusk and coffee in capsules. There is little natural light in the apartment. I would like more blankets, not just a thin bedspread.

Roberto est très agréable et a fait en sorte d'être compris malgré la barrière de la langue (lui en italien et moi en français ou anglais). Emplacement parfait à proximité du Duomo mais sans la foule.

Le signal wifi est tellement faible qu'il a été impossible de le capter durant le séjour. Débit de la douche assez limité. Studio plutôt sombre. Voisinage immonde qui se racle la gorge et crache par la fenêtre toute la journée à partir de 5h du matin. Enfin, attention si vous restez plus de 3 nuits, l'hôte vous demandera des frais de ménage supplémentaires (j'ai réussi à négocier de mon côté).
