Location is really nice. Beautifully restored building with great attention to every detail. Room was large and very clean. Same for the bathroom with an excellent shower.Lovely garden with orange and lemon trees. It’s a short walk to the historic old town of Grottammare that is incredibly picturesque and cute with quaint restaurants, wine bars and local arts and crafts shops. The owners live onsite and are very responsive to guest requests. Nice breakfast and owners will accommodate dietary requests.

The mattress in the room was uncomfortable (way too hard) and could use a memory foam topper or should be changed. The pillows were very hard and tall as well and definitely need to be changed or at least have an alternate set available in the closet.
