Good view of the sea from the hotel. There is also a good viewing balcony to view the sea. The breakfast was very good, Kerala style food. The staff were helpful. Everything was hassle free. The room was good, with functioning ac, and the bathroom was good. No complaints about wifi, drinking water and other facilities. Overall a good place to stay.

A lot of stray dogs on the roads. The road to the hotel from the main beach is for long stretches quite empty of people and has multiple packs of stray dogs at different locations. The hotel is located on the south cliff, which is relatively empty. A lot of the restaurants and other activities are on the north cliff. So people who want to see more people and energy should choose the north cliff. If you want to stay away from the bustle, choose the south cliff.

The ambience and the location is the best I have experienced so far

The rooms . We can see inside the bathroom from the other room. There is an opening. It may be ok for couples but not for other groups . The door was very tight but they fixed it when we reported it .
