Excellent, well maintained and beautiful property with clean rooms and all the necessary amenities. Host Mr Raj Sinha made every possible effort to make our stay comfortable. He even made cab arrangements for our Shimla and Manali tour.Care taker Mr Ratan was only a call away and always available . Overall it was a nice and comfortable stay at Rizel Alexis, will definitely recommend this home stay to others.

Very clean and spacious property just like how it is shown in the pictures. The apartment has a wonderful view of the mountains and is very comfortable for a nice family vacation. The host was very courteous and ensured that we had a great experience at the property. Would definitely recommend!

There are very few restaurants and eateries close to the property.

Owner cooperated well while check in , during stay and check out

Owner refused to give bill. Though I paid the Owner directly with tax he didn't give bill saying that Booking.com will give bill that is totally false statement. If we pay to Owner he is supposed to give GST bill. Those who want bill please don't stay here. Tax is going to Owner pocket .

It was a beautiful experience at the Apartment during our vacations with family. clean and neatly kept. All amenities such as washing machine, in kitchen you have toaster, oven, gas, few utensils, cutlery . The Apartment is well maintained and the designing is done alluringly. You feel like home away from home. The view is breathtaking from the balcony, you can sip your morning coffee and enjoy the view. The caretaker Ratan was very helpful, if you need something he will try to help you as much as her can. we preferred being at the apartment and enjoy a relaxing holiday . one day of sightseeing is more than enough if your with kids and old family members. we would highly recommend to book to enjoy you vacation seamlessly.

Location because Swiggy and zomato does not deliver food there as on the month they stayed

Nice and cozy apartment with a homely feel. It has all the amenities and good vibe. Thumbs up for locally sourced interior pieces! The host was also friendly and reachable. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it to others.

Blanket covers were not washed properly.

We reached our location in the evening. Rooms were very clean. Fealt like a home. With a kid its difficult to give the desired food, but Rizell Allexis made so easy that I could cook and give my baby what she eats. Thank u sir for all the help that u did. Great stay at the place.
