AFrame_Kolsai

The property was splendid and as shown on the Booking.com website. There were only two rooms and luckily we were two families only - so it was like a private property for us. The concept of A frame with the living room, bathroom and kitchenette at same elevation and beds are at an elevated place providing an exhilarating experience. All amenities were in perfect condition making our stay memorable.

The property is bit expensive.

It is a very nice accommodation. A modern A-Frame with inbuilt toilet facilities. New and clean overall. We didn't have any problem with hot water or the beddings. The utensils and cutlery were not cleaned properly which can be overlooked, but the lady who managed the property and let us in was not very courteous at all. It was not the language either, because we had a guide with us. She was just surly and not very friendly. Breakfast was very basic, but OK for the location. If the client service can be improved this would be a recommendation stay option in Saty.

Water heater was not powerful, it took 1 hour to get hot.

Small but good enough for 2 person. Very clean. All you need for a stay is there. They even have a sajaddah for muslim to pray. Definitely recommend this place. Being welcome by the cat is a definitely a plus for me

Location.cozy homestay. Helpful manager.Helped us get the travel to Kaindy ,Kolsai, Charyn canyon and return to Almaty .kitties also .amazing village.too hi tech.

Cozy and quiet. Very calming

The cold is a bit going inside and water heater getting cold too. Have to wait at least 1hr to heat again but all in all everything was really good. The owner was very accommodating and nice.
