La struttura é nel cuore della medina. L’host è stato molto accogliente e sempre disponibile. Ci è venuto incontro in ogni nostra esigenza: ci ha fornito un asciugacapelli quando ne avevamo bisogno ed ha modificato l’orario della colazione in base alle nostre necessità. Super consigliato!!

le riad n'existe pas, la police touristique a constaté pas de riad au 63 rue azbetz nous avons passé trois heures à le chercher avec l'aide de la population et des commerçants de la rue nous avons eu affaire à une arnaque avec un prélèvement important pas de contact répondant au numéro de téléphone boîte vocale, plusieurs personnes ont essayé de les contacter faux document pas de numéro de réservation et code confidentiel sur le document personnes s'est inquiété que nous venions pas !!!

Petit-déjeuner correct mais pas beaucoup de place si l'établissement est au complet. Emplacement idéal car au centre de la médina.

Pas de place dans la salle de bain pour ranger les affaires et pas de lampes de chevet pour lire.

Such a lovely escape in the chaos of the Souks. My friend and I slept like a baby in our peaceful rooms. Loved the breakfast loved the vibe great experience.! Our host went above and beyond. He was absolutely delightful helpful and such a sweetheart..

Everything was perfect

Nothing postivie to report. It appears to be scam. On the day of check-in they informed us that we cannot get the room. They asked us to cancel the reservation. As there is a cancellation fee we had to ask for special no-fee-cancellation to which they did not reply. We tried to contact them on phone we tried to find the riad at the given adress. Without success. We are still struggling with bookong.com customer service to get our money back.

Things happen, and it is totally possible that a riad has a problem with one of their rooms. Though not responding to messages is just bad.

This beautiful Riad is an oasis of tranquility in the middle of Marrakech's chaotic Medina. The hosts were very welcoming and accommodating. We would describe the breakfast as simple but high quality and fresh. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. Overal great value for money. We've had an incredible stay and would recommend anyone going to Marrakech to consider staying here.

The only two minor downsides were regarding the bathroom. The shower head repeatedly fell down while showering and there is no shower screen, resulting in the entire bathroom floor being wet after showering.

Great place to stay in Medina. Yassin really went out of his way to help us out, just all in all great guy. Highly recommend

Yassine was a great host!

My partner and I had an amazing experience here. The customer service aspect was exemplary, one of the highest level of service I’ve ever received. From the beginning we were messaged in the days prior to our arrival and provided a location where someone was meeting us to direct us to the exact location. Which made finding the Riad an absolute breeze. During the check in process we were met with a staff member named Yassen who went above and beyond to help make us feel at home during our stay at the Riad. Yassen offered us a welcoming tea and provided us with a direct line of communication and told us to contact him if we needed anything at all. We did. With somewhat late notice, we asked Yassen if there was a possibility of printing our boarding passes for the airport the following morning. Yassen printed our boarding passes over night and pre-arranged a transport service to the airport. I really wanted to pass on my gratitude and appreciation to Yassen who has shown an exceptionally high level of customer service along with a strong work ethic and dedication to the job and making the customers feel like family. I will be highly recommending this Riad to friends and anyone one thinking of going to Marrakech. The Riad itself is also nothing short of amazing. Clean, comfortable with great facilities. Hot water, strong water pressure. All the ticks from me.
