La posizione, vicinissima al mare da poterci andare a piedi in 5 minuti e anche a pochi chilometri dalle spiagge più note come punta prosciutto, 10 minuti in auto.

La struttura. Cucina e zona pranzo non presenti in struttura bensì all' aperto, sotto una tettoia che si infuocava dalle 12 al tramonto poiché esposta a sud ovest. Uno solo dei due condizionatori in camera era funzionante, nella matrimoniale. La seconda camera aveva finestrino sulla veranda infuocata e apertura nel corridoio. Il bagno aveva un finestrino che dava nello stesso corridoio e un piccolo aspiratore. Le finestre senza vetri, solo tapparelle da tenere rigorosamente chiuse al massimo per evitare che il caldo annullasse l'effetto dell'unico condizionatore, isolamento acustico zero.
