I had booked this property for 2 days, but on arrival they refused to give us a room, saying that since we had “only booked” and no payment was received, they couldn’t accommodate us. This was handled in an extremely unprofessional manner. We were left sitting in the lobby for a long time, and no one made any effort to assist us, explain the situation, or offer an alternative solution. Eventually, a man came and suggested another hotel, which turned out to be worse than this one and even more expensive. So don’t get into the trap of their ads. Overall, the experience was disappointing and poorly managed. I would definitely not recommend this property.
