Katmon Villas

The best thing is the location of the villas, as they are not so close to the ‘heart’ of General Luna. Nice chepaer restaurants are close. The room is big and nice. So is the bathroom.

Internet, WC, ceiling fan, shower pressure and temperature. These are a list of things that don't work properly or don't work at all. In addition, we stayed there for five nights and, although the rooms were supposed to be cleaned every other day, ours was never cleaned... Not to mention that we waited over an hour for the internet to work so we could check in, and every time we wanted to refill the water in the communal kitchen, there was none.

nice clean and very large rooms. The manager was very accomodating when my flight git cancelled and requested to have an extra day in. Also last minute booking for another person to book in at a discounted price

Only one thing that i didnt like was the dirt road going in the property from the main road l, as it was raining it was difficult to walk through with all the puddles. Otherwise the facilities it and staff were all lovely

Villa bonita y muy buena ubicación

Limpian la habitación cada 3 días, teníamos que ir pidiendo papel de baño o toallas porque nos quedábamos sin ( toallas nuevas nunca trajeron aunque pedíamos). Te dan un número de teléfono al que escribir y tardan mucho en contestar. El último día pedimos transfer al aeropuerto y tuvimos que cogerlo por otro lado después de esperar media hora al sol.

Beautiful decor, plenty of space, a spacious shared kitchen, and a very comfortable bed. Overall, a pleasant and well-designed place to stay.

We were left for several hours without electricity or water, and the shower water was consistently cold. The staff was not always responsive when we needed assistance the most. At one point, we even found our bathroom locked and had to track down a staff member to resolve it. Overall, the stay was acceptable, but far from exceptional.

Beautiful room, huge bathroom and clean

The communication was zero to none and close to disrespectful. I had messaged the property with time of arrival and flight details. I asked about the cost of the transfer were I got a reply and that was the end. I didn’t know if they had actually arranged it for us even though I asked. We manage to arrive on the main road just before the muddy alley to the villas, it was pouring down rain, no one was there to help, I called twice, no answer, we weren’t even sure where we were going. Found it, again no one there. Eventually I found a second number written in the common kitchen and found someone. Later that day I asked for recommendations of tour guides, got a response the next day. On day of departure cleaners came in 35 minutes before check out without knocking, I asked for the van to the airport and was told a higher price than the other manager that had arranged the arrival one and when I questioned it, it got corrected.
