Katmon Villas

The room was clean and comfortable, and the garden was beautiful and cozy. Katmon Villas felt really peaceful, and Nica was super friendly, she helped us with everything!

Absolutely amazing. Clean, comfy, pretty, tropical… Everyone at the property was super helpful and nice, it might not be your first option based on price but it’s 100% worth it.

Amazing accomodation, the host Nica is amazing very friendly and catered for all my needs. Would highly recommend. I stayed in the cloud 9 villa very spacious with an amazing bathroom and large balcony area.

The bed is soft, the room is clean (except the floor) and comfortable. The water heater was working properly. There was a safe-box in the room.

The airport van can only drop you off the main road. You have to walk in a rough road to get there. We had big luggages and we had to pull them. The pool was dirty. It’s located in the residential area. The neighbors are loud by the evening.

What I really liked about the Villa is how peaceful and quiet the place is. It’s the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy a laid-back vacation. You can access the pool anytime, which is a big plus if you love taking a dip whenever you feel like it. I also appreciated that they offer room cleaning every 3 days. It keeps the space feeling fresh without being intrusive. The location is super convenient too. There are plenty of stores nearby, including motorbike rentals, restaurants, and even laundry shops, so everything you need is within easy reach.

The Wi-Fi connection was a bit of a challenge. It was difficult to stay connected while inside the room. I often had to step outside just to get a decent signal. It would really help to strengthen the connection indoors, especially for guests who need to work remotely or stay connected during their stay. Second, during our first shower, we noticed a faint smell in the water. Thankfully, it disappeared after a while, but it was a little off-putting at first. Lastly, the floors got wet every morning, likely due to moisture from the air-conditioning. It might be a good idea to add a carpet or floor mat to help absorb the moisture and prevent slipping.

The place was stunning, the photos match the place and it is very comfortable. Also it’s nice that it’s located outside the busy part of GL

In four days they never did housekeeping even though we asked, but no response.

The apartment was super spacious and very well equipped, with very good shower and aircon. The location was very convenient, walking distance to Cloud 9 and a short ride to General Luna, with very good coffee shops and restaurants just across the street. The place was beautiful, slightly hidden from the main street, both the gardens and the interior of the villas nicely decorated with local plants. Very friendly staff. Would go back.

Nothing, it was all we expected and more.
