Kuća leži u dvorištu, mirno je, ima predivan vrt i mjesta za parkiranje su natkrivena. Kontakt osoba je ljubazna i reagira na žalbe.

U opisu stoji dva kupatila, iako je jedno samo sa wc i umivaonikom. Krevet u drugoj spavaćoj sobi je premal za dvoje. Sve je prilično staro, iako ima svoj šarm. Pećnica i fen nisu radili, nema kuhinjskih krpa i dobili smo samo po jednu rolu toalet papira.
