Nice apartment and a very friendly and helpful host.

Big and clean

Spacious and clean, really nice apartment. Instructions on how to self check in were clear. Complimentary coffee.

Minor things: no shampoo and no complimentary tea, bathroom floor got wet after taking a shower and there was nothing to dry it with.

Property was as described. Spacious. Comfortable main bed. Second small bathroom upstairs. Nice and warm even without heating on. Easy walking distance from centre.

As others have noted a few small things could be improved. Main bathroom slightly run-down. Only one large mug for tea in kitchen, had to clean saucepan before boiling water. Sofa bed very uncomfortable. Mezzanine stairs are open to kitchen area, would not recommend if travelling with small children.

Excellent stay. Supermarket next door. The two bus stops into town really close. Make sure you get off at XX settembre Santa toscana bus stop. It is the closest.Lovely big appartment with eveything you may need
