When we arrived there was a problem with a shower tray blockage which they were trying to fix. Plus the 2nd shower wasn’t clean. Both need upgrading!! The staff there fixed and cleaned but the smell remained. We requested a refund as the property wasn’t ready for us on arrival ! It is v expensive for what it is… we have not had contact from the owner. On the other hand the beds were comfortable it is decorated and furnished well.. so a shame to encounter the issues..
