the owner must improve the cleanliness in the room Towels must be washed because we saw towels drying in the bungalow parking😩 The water sink was not on point with the water disposal which could make the water pooled on the floor Dangdut music from everywhere and karaoke until late night

the only thing i like is the weather, very cold di evening and night, and the staff really helpfull, help us to buy dinner, since there is no available dinner and lunch nearby.

the environment, no activity, nothing, small room, which very small room, not suitable for travelling with kids, There is no guardrail, very dangerous for children, maybe fall down. during evening very dark, there is no light outside the room, so only stay in the room playing your own gadget, for what? holiday to just to play with your phone? and no rule and no understanding from others guest, they play hard music all night long.. really sad we are looking the morning heist like from adv, sleeping over cloud but reality not

Blue linen looks great with white rooms Comfy beds View of village below & mountains, including Mt Batur & the lake is lovely. The colours when the sun sets from far to the right, shine on the edge of the mountain. Linen is clean Powerpoints worked to charge phones etc Asked for our number to make contacting them easier if we required anything

This place needs to be finished renovating/building before allowing guests to stay. Enormous (like thousands) of flies around outside, heaps inside (dead & alive) upon arrival in all 4 rooms. Some rooms are not very big, can't even walk past the bed to get to the other side AC only in some rooms. Others have small fans for 1 person, a couple have bigger fans in 1 corner Mirror lifgts in bathroom aren't near powerpoints to work Rooms very hot during day Noisy builders next door Pool is not crystal clear Water fountain into pool not running No water in spa Water pressure in basin & shower is a drizzle in 3/4 rooms we used Hot water is broken in 1 shower room Other 2 rooms the hot water was only hot for 2-3mins, then went real cold Pool is quite cold. Too cold to swim in in Feb in 35 deg No lighting outside rooms, including at the steep stairs between both levels Need door on bathroom - or sep bathrooms. I didn't like listening to my partner weeing or pooing during the night/ morning when I'm in bed! It's @ the back of my head through the wall using a curtain as the door 1m away. Bathrooms are poorly designed - shower points out right next to the toilet, wetting the toilet. No bath mat in bathroom Shower head holder was only fitted with 1 screw, so moved around Rail in bathroom for towels is loose Owners don't speak english. Had to always use their phones to translate. Didn't know about our booking upon arrival. Had to call someone to check it. Roosters going all night from 1:30am

The facilities can be improved! There is no place to put our stuff . Kettle heater , tea and coffee aminities should be setted- up for the property price.Quite distance from the city so we had to ride a few km away to get food. We just knew they have a food service after we chat them through whatsapp to request a toilet paper! You should have set up the printed menu in the room if u want a revenue , just a suggestion. The drone is quite disturbing , we know they are brand new property and they did it for advertisement purpose but still .. The room has no air conditioner ! It was very hot during the day . we had to checked out very early the next morning .
