Very roomy, great location, clean, very nice concierge, he was extremely helpful, chairs etc. for the beach.

There was a charge for the bicycles that we did not expect

Close to the beach and amenities. Access to beach chairs, TV ( netflix), kitchen facilities. Special thank you to Charly, he made our stay comfortable by always responding to our requests promptly. Place was excellent value for the money.

Drainage in the shower was bad, had to manually sweep/squeegee water to drain. After I figured it out it was ok

The building was fine and the room was ok.

Well first of all the mapped location on here is not where this is located. It is not on the beach side of the street. Also, it was very difficult to find because there is no sign. I called the number from the booking and the manager answered and was very nice and helped me to the location. Then when I got to the location I couldn’t figure out how to get in. It is a sliding garage door with no sign or instructions. Not awesome. The space was fine. The room was clean and nicely decorated. My biggest problem was that there was no hot water in the shower and the shower head was so old that only 1 small stream of water came out in the middle. A new shower head is like 200 pesos! I really wanted a hot shower but did not get it. The walls of the rooms are very thin and you can hear your neighbors. The door to my room had a hook on the outside because I had to pull hard on the door to get it to lock. I don’t know how anyone could’ve given this place an 8. Charlie the manager was very kind and I did appreciate his efforts.

Property was not as advertised. There no living room or balcony overlooking the water. Very stark inside and loud. Also no reception area to get keys, hard to find the place.

The room was spacious and clean with a full kitchenette. Good bathroom with large enough divider between shower and the rest of the room to keep everything dry. Far enough from the square and restaurants to be quiet but close enough for an easy walk on a very quiet street. They supplied beach towels and some other beach equipment that were much appreciated. The beach is only 2-3 min walk from the hotel. The guy who runs the place is very nice and helpful but you can't necessarily get immediate help. He lives there but doesn't staff a desk.

The mattresses were comfortable but starting to feel like they needed to be replaced. An additional trash can or two would have been helpful.

When we arrived in Puerto Morelos there was a severe heat warning for two days: high temperatures plus humidity making the outside unbearable. We were glad the room was spacious and with good air conditioning so that we could hide inside during the day pleasantly. Morning snorkel and the evening stroll on the beach were nice, and it is 1 minute away from the apartment. You can see plenty of fish right by the shore. The boat excursions to the reef and other excursions to Mayan ruins and cenotes are available in the centre of the village. We did two excursions easily during our stay. The kitchen in the apartment is well equipped and with the nearby supermarket it meant that we could cook our own food which is helpful when you travel with kids. Cafes and restaurants are also nearby. One other thing we liked is that we could take the beach umbrella and chairs from the hotel to the beach. The bed side lamps and plenty of towels in the apartment, all contributed to making the stay with kids more comfortable. The host was helpful and discreet, he got us heavy bottles of drinking water to our room as we arrived.

There is nothing we didn't like about the apartment. But one thing about the village and the area in general: it was unexpectedly expensive, the shops and the services. The apartment itself was a very good value for money.

Very close to the beach (100meters). You can rent kayaks, chairs, fins.. erc for free from hotel. Also in room is a kitchenette.

i loved the location and the fact that we had our kitchen and frigde. big toilet and great gadgets to take to the beach for free. it is very nice to be so close to the beach

the curtain was moldy and the pictures on the website were misleading. i also was a bit disappointed not to get an extra sheet for the other person that slept on the couch. pverall the price is too high for what you get, so it was a bit disappointing
