Отличный вариант для семьи. Тихий район, рядом огромный супермаркет, ресторан/кафе. В 10 минутах жд станция. Все удобства в наличии. Кондиционеры работают. Интернет быстрый. Очень любезные и отзывчивые хозяева, выполняют просьбы и помогают.
