The Residence - Fitzroy

The unit was very well equipped, very clean, comfortable and within walking distance to the beach.

Not a lot of natural light reaching into the apartment. The bedroom window is at street level exactly where vehicles stop at a traffic light. It only took a couple of motorbike drivers that want to be as loud as possible and I couldn't sleep through.

Well-appointed modern apartment with everything you need whether on business or pleasure.

Very well presented unit. Beautiful bathroom

Great space and convenient to restaurants. Everything was clean and tidy. Bed was comfortable, great having a TV in the bedroom as well. Even though it's next to a main road and a pub, couldn't really hear any noise. The double shower was a bonus. Having a dual washer/dryer was good but the clothes came out smelling musty so not sure if the washing machine need servicing?

The only negative was the very bright exit light above the door, it's pretty obvious that this is the exit since it's the only way in or out so not sure why there is the need for the sign. The brightness means you have to close the bedroom doors which in turn made the bedroom quite warm and stuffy.

Lovely clean, modern and tidy apartment. It was located in an easy to find location, a short drive from the city centre. The instructions to get in were clear and easy. The bed was super comfy and it had a nice bathroom. Perfect for our overnight stay.
