Supportive staff, nice room, very good shower, very good location. Just for 1 night and we checked in late, so we're good.

The location is good, near/in the centre of Dong Van. Lots of restaurants around. Even though there are many beds in the dorm and it's crowded, I don't think it's ever fully booked, so you still have a lot of space. I really liked the terrace and restaurant area. They accommodated me when I said I didn't eat eggs for breakfast. The receptionist also took me on a motorbike tour to Lung Cu tower, Ma Pi Leng Pass, and Nho Que river for a very reasonable price.

The bathrooms could be cleaner

Hưởng, the staff is funny, lovely and knowledgeable. She knows what she does and can suggest what to explore while you're in Hà Giang. The bathroom is empty with soap and shampoo, but it's not a big deal if you always bring yours. Good price for this location!

They will sometimes need to clean the shower room floor because the water is leaking from the sink.
