Тактовна господиня, чітко пояснила як дістатися, та як потрапити в апартаменти. Наявність окремо видаленого паркінгу. Досить тиха щодо сусідів квартира. наявність хорошого інтернету, посуду.

Відсутність кондиціонеру (вночі неможливо спати при відкритих вікнах, авто, мопеди голосно їздять по двору під вікнами), без кондиціонера спекотно. Відсутність мікрохвильової печі. Немає балкону, незрозуміло куди вивішувати прання (в таку спеку сушити в приміщенні, там спати буде неможливо). Наявність певних видів комах в апартаментах.

The apartment is in a good location, near autostrada, so comfortable to stay passing by. The apartment is clean and has everything you need. Parking is by the windows. The shopping center is very near.
