Phenomenal apartment!! The design, the layout, the location! There's a large terrace which was so amazing to lay out on and catch some rays and it's really close to a bunch of restaurants and the beach. You're also welcome to use their other hotels' facilities like pools and spas etc. They also gave us ingredients to make some fresh pasta which we did on one of our rainy days.

There were a lot of stairs. Was no issue for us but something to be mindful of if you're travelling with older members.

Great location within centre of Forio, right on the square. Excellent soundproofing in the apartment so no street noise heard once windows closed. Roof terrace with seating to enjoy the warm evenings. Short walk to the port for transfers to Naples. Clean spacious apartment, well stocked kitchen if wishing to cook, washine machine and drying option on roof terrace. Apartment is above the shops so stairs to access and narrow spiral staircase to roof terrace. Some slight maintenance needed but nothing that affected our stay Excellent that guests can also use the facilities at 2 nearby hotels. Communication prior to stay was excellent. Questions answered swiftly and great suggestions given for check in/out options. The hotels provide free shuttles to various locations. We were therefore able to arrive early in Forio on the ferry from Naples, transfer from the port to one of the hotels (we went to Parco delle Agavi), store our luggage and enjoy the pool before transferring to the apartment later once ready. Hotel also provided free shuttle to other areas such as the beaches, Poseidon thermal park, the botanical gardens and the ports at Forio and Cassamicciola Terme. Also discount tickets for Poseidon thermal park. Gave the best of both worlds for both central apartment and hotel facilities. Few minutes walk from the beach. Spoilt for choice for great food and drinks in the area. Supermarket nearby and lovely shopping areas to stroll round in the evening and take in the relaxed atmosphere. Short walk from Chiesa del Soccorso to watch the sunset. Overall a great choice for a relaxing but central holiday on Ischia.

Initially I thought the fact that there wasn't a sofa area may make it less comfortable but actually didn't really notice in the end. Some slight maintenance needed, no toilet seat on 2nd toilet and shower curtain a little annoying! No shade on the roof terrace (however we mainly used the terrace in the evenings). Covers for the terrace furniture would be useful as got wet in rain storm

Perfect location in forio porto close to all shops and cafes. Amazing that we could use the hotel facilities Lovely clean apartment Beautiful upstairs terrace Overall perfect for our stay in forio! Left food to make a lovely dinner on the first night!

Nothing really - would be nice to have some more mugs and some more coffee pods but overall lovely.

We had a fabulous time in this beautiful and spacious apartment. It was clean, the bed super comfortable. The rooftop private terrace was awesome. They left a beautiful gift box with fresh ingredients to make a spaghetti dinner. The apartment was very well equipped. Above all the location was absolutely perfect, A one minute walk to the ferry, surrounded by excellent restaurants.We simply loved the Florio neighborhood for many reasons. We found Core a Core a few steps away, it was so great, we returned again for dinner. Martin was incredibly helpful and pleasant. He went out of his way to make sure we found a thermal resort as the season doesn't open till April He graciously helped with our bags arriving and departing. He is awesome! We had a wonderful 3 days here...I highly recommend.
