Host waited for us till late at night, as our flight was delayed. There was prompt communication through WhatsApp. Her brother came to pass us the key without complaint and helped us to carry our luggage up the stairs. He was also helpful and welcoming. Everything in the apartment was complete eg cooking utensils and toiletries.
