Staff were so nice and offered such good communication. Location (so close to train station and not far at all from the centre). The towel dryer of the bathroom was soooo helpful bc we got caught up a lot in the rain in our trip. Room is very spacious and bathroom is big and comfortable

Since it's right next to an important road you could hear the cars but staff left earplugs and everything!!

"Pulizia, gentilezza, comodità"

Bella camera ampia dotata di tutte le comodità(frigo, tv, phon, doccia, clima). Siamo stati per un weekend di svago con i nostri 2 cani, camera e bagno puliti, la proprietaria è molto gentile e disponibile, la posizione è ottima per arrivare in 5 minuti a piedi alla stazione di La Spezia. Unico consiglio: sistemare meglio il bagno (il wc è poco stabile e fissato alla parete in cartongesso troppo in basso, così come lo specchio è invece troppo in alto). Se torneremo in zona cercheremo ancora posto in questa struttura, soddisfatti!
