It was only the apartment, no food, no pool. 1 bedroom with double bed and airco, 1 living room with 2 couches that convert into 2 single beds, airco and 1 TV, 1 kitchen with cooking equipment: dishwasher, (no microwave), fridge and freezer, 1 bathroom with bath/shower, washing machine, dryer. Lots of artwork on the walls. Quiet old building, renovated apartment. Good WiFi. Beautiful view west over the bay with colorful sunsets. Free on-site parking. 1 folding bike for you to use. Very friendly host - at a distance. You can really help your host by doing some laundry yourself (towels).

Creaky wooden floors. Quite busy street (not ideal for walking). The old town and Puntamika beach are 1/2 hour walk (a bit less if you take the rowboat). No smoke detectors. Showering makes the floor wet. Doors are old and don't close very well. And mostly: the apartment is on the 3rd floor, 87 steps up with no elevator. You get used to it but keep your luggage light !

Tökéletes apartman mindennel felszerelve, nem volt olyan dolog, ami hiányzott volna, legyen szó strandolásról, főzésről, mindenféle fogyasztási, tisztítási cikkről (extraként: még napozószékek, strandtörölközők, kerékpár is rendelkezésre áll). Gyönyörű kilátás a tengerre, strand, kisbolt, pékség, OTP pénzautomata a közelben. Kényelmes ágy, nagy terek.

Fin de notre roadtrip en Croatie et retour à Zadar pour une nuit dans ce logement. L'emplacement est parfait. Le bâtiment est un peu austère, ne laissant pas présager l'appartement magnifique que nous avons trouvé. Il est décoré avec goût par Candace, artiste et commissaire d'exposition. La grande hauteur sous plafond accentue la sensation de confort. La vue sur la mer est magnifique. L’appartement est très bien équipé et la literie très confortable, même si nous ne sommes restés qu'une nuit. Les relations avec Candace et Josip ont été très faciles par message. Les instructions étaient très précises et précieuses (bonnes adresses et restaurants). Possibilité de se garer dans la cour et surtout proximité des Barkajoli, les bateliers de Zadar, qui vous font traverser en barque la baie jusqu'à la vielle ville pour 2€. Une activité qui date du 14e siècle !

The location, the apartment was very nice and in a good location with very beautiful view from the windows and nice walk to the attractions, lots of recommenation we got in advance to our stay!

Tolle Lage - mit schönstem Sonnenuntergang direkt vorm Fenster. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Badestelle (fast) direkt vorm Haus. Jederzeit wieder!
