M&Mapartments

The apartment looks new. It was refurbished recently and are very comfortable with central air conditioned and a lot of space for 4 guests. All equipments, like shower, kitchen, etc are "hitech". The location is good, at a residencial area near the old city with supermarket and bakery very close.

The location, cleanliness and space is just lovely. The apartment is heated and cooled via a central floor system which makes it so much more comfortable, no back pain or craps due to cold air blowing on to you while you sleep. There are provided 2 sets of beach umbrella. But the cherry on top was the lovely host Anna, no words can express how much better our stay was because of here, she was extremely helpful and quick to respond for any questions we had, gave us tips and suggestions for the best spots in Monopoli. We had the best trip thanks to her

Even though the elevator was being serviced at the time of our stay, we used it as an excuse to eat as much gelato and some tasty treats while we were there. So I guess it’s considered a positive

The apartment was fantastic! Everything was brand new, clean, tidy, and in order. Very good location with a 3 min walk to the Monopoli train station.  The property itself was very quiet and safe. It offers a really cool old school elevator to take you to each floor.  It’s very close to eateries, shops, grocery store, and a 10 min walk to old town (walled city). We spent over a week here and loved every minute. It was a solid homebase for our time in Pulgia. The building host/manager- Anna was the best!! She she gave us a great warm, welcome and accommodated all our needs and questions throughout our stay. She’s extremely kind, friendly, and patient. Anna set the bar very high when it comes to being a great host. She took the time provide us great local personal recommendations and offered plenty of tips along the way on how to get around, where to eat, the best beaches, and more. Overall, the entire experience was 5 Star.

The apartment is very clean, well equipped, newly renovated - in fact it looked even better than in the pictures :) The host Anna is very kind and always helpful. Good location - close to the train station and the center. We recommend!

If I have to find something that bothered us, it's street noise at night (but that's the charm of the center) and very loud rehearsals in the next theater from the morning
