Nothing. The food isn't 5* but you're not paying 5*.

Bardzo dobre śniadanie, kolacja też nie była zła, ale pozostawiała nieco do życzenia pod względem jakości. Właściciele hotelu bardzo mili i pomocni, stwarzali bardzo dobrą atmosferę. Lokalizacja hotelu tuż przy wyciągu czyni ją najlepszą z możliwych dla gości jeżdżących na nartach.

Jakość jedzenia przy kolacji oraz sam wystrój pokojów, które są bardzo małe i chyba wymagają już remontów, podobnie jak łazienka.

המקום מעולה, ממש מול עליה לרכבל., רק לעבור את הדרך. הכל קרוב- השכרת ציוד, בית ספר לסקי, בתי קפה . במרחק הליחה יש סופר וחנויות אחרות ארוכת ערב כל יום מנות לבחירה, לא זכור לי משהו חזר על עצמו במשך 5 ימים שהינו

אם כבר קצת לחפש- ארוחת בוקר. לא שחלילה אין מה לאכול, יש מספיק אוכל, אבל ללא שינוי בכלל. כל בוקר אותו דבר בדיוק. אבל זה בקטנה, לא ממש הפריע לי

Nice 3 star hotel located on top place. The breakfast en dinner were great.

The entree looks as a boutique hotel. I can’t judge the rooms. Mine was simple but clean and for a 3 star good.

It was an exceptional stay, starting from arrival, dinner, sleep comfort and breakfast. It's a family property and staffing was exceptional, really nothing to add.

I don't have any objections with regards to the stay, so everything was perfect.

We are a family of 4 (children are 20 and 18) and we stayed here for 5 days over Christmas. We had an amazing stay here and cannot recommend it enough. The staff were all friendly and always available. The rooms are perfect for the location and the bar area is a welcome addition both during the day and for pre and post dinner. The two highlights however are the food and the location. The breakfast everyday is exceptional. The variety and quality is excellent but this is overshadowed by the dinners. Everyday there is a four course dinner, with a range of choices, and the food is both plentiful and delicious. On Christmas Eve there were 10 courses and every course blew us away. The location for skiers though is the best part of this hotel. The hotel has a store room for both boots and skis and one of the main ski lift is over the road from the hotel. Within a matter of minutes you are skiing next to the Matterhorn! Skiing conditions were perfect. We had a brilliant holiday here and hope to come back again and again.
