L'emplacement est fantastique. Le superbe jardin donne sur un espace détente en face de la mer. Le personnel est d'une gentillesse incroyable, tout est fait pour se sentir comme à la maison. Merci Dorce pour accueil ! L'endroit est paisible, la piscine récente face à la mer est un vrai plus. Et le capitaine est à disposition pour vous déposer sur les spots de surf alentours. Nous aurions aimé rester plus longtemps...

We love the wide open spaces, only 4 rooms makes the space extremely tranquil, exclusive and feels like a true island holiday. The staff, Dorce and the maintenance team are absolutely exceptional. The breakfast is a great touch to an already perfect accom. The property has a surf charter boat available at your request and even waits with you in the surf. 12/10.

I didn’t like that we had to leave at the end of our stay. We will be back.

Villa Sedeoen was such a great base for our stay in Rote. The location was amazing with a view of T- Land and Squeelers. A boat captain was included with the stay who took us out to the waves everyday at any time of the day. The accommodation is within close distance to a variety of coffee shops and good restaurants. Dorce and the rest of the team were super helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and the garden was HUGE, GREEN & QUIET. Honestly couldn't recommend this gem of a place enough! Can't wait to come back!!

Nice rooms, beautiful environment and the boat to the surf spots are included! They also offer scooters to rent and bicycles. But best is the staff! I would definitely come back!

Villa Sedeoen is situated right on the beach, with a perfect mal wave directly out the front. T-Land is just a short boat ride away, and the villa’s boat is available all day for lifts to and from the wave. The property has beautiful grass, a pool, and a bar and deck where we could sit and watch the waves. Dorce and the team took such good care of us, we didn’t have to worry about a thing. It felt like home right away! We had a delicious breakfast on the deck each morning after a surf with beautiful fresh food. It’s a short ride or walk to the main street. Honestly we could not have asked for anything more and we will definitely be staying here again! Thank you Villa Sedeoen!

Staff, Location, Room, Breakfast.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was large and clean. They also have bicycles that you can borrow to use to get around for free. Beachfront property where you ca n take beginner surf lessons.

If you don't drive or know how to ride a bike, the villa is quite a walk (20mins) from the main restaurant stretch.

Mooie kamers , prachtige tuin fantastisch zwembad aan t strand en Dorse en haar personeel zijn super vriendelijk en behulpzaam . En elke ochtend kon je kiezen welk ontbijt je wilde wat elke ochtend vers voor je werd klaargemaakt.
