Great communication. Friendly staff. Well appointed quiet bedroom and allocated bathroom. All appropriate facilities. Ample car parking. Great choice of breakfast which was beautifully presented including homemade bread and cake. Good access to coastal attractions as well as short driving distance to Castlemartyr and good pubs and food.

Nothing negative to say as it suited my purposes.
