enjoyed every process, staff, service and response. loved the balcony view, gorgeous sunrise, fresh air - weather was cherry on the cake.

The room is spacious and beds and shower are good. Breakfast manager is lovely, and food for breakfast was good. Though I expected buffet and it was a la carte.

The staff in reception is quite clueless. I had an issue with my booking and called right after I made it, night before check in, and the person who answered the phone told me I should book the day after to speak to someone else from reservations, as he was from the reception (? ). When I arrived the staff there could not help me either and the said " person from reservations " would be in just the day after. Staff lacks initiative and thinking out of the box. People dealing with public should have a more proactive posture. Quite disappointing. No facilities at all in this place. It is a decent stay, but for the price charged, I would go for other options.

The family room is very spacious with lot of storage and furniture. The view from balcony was beautiful.

Breakfast is pretty basic. There s noice due to construction
