Sitio sossegado, limpeza e mudança de lençois e toalhas impecável . A piscina podia ser maior .

Falta fogão com forno e máquina de lavar louça. O proprietário vive ao lado e está sempre prestável .

A casa tinha um cheiro estranho logo que chegámos. O proprietário mora mesmo ao lado e o que divide as duas habitações é apenas uma porta. Não considero ser uma casa independente, quando o senhorio tem acesso à casa que alugamos por uma porta interior. Ouvia-se tudo o que se passava na casa do senhorio. O fogão da cozinha tinha sido retirado e o sofá não era o mesmo das fotos. Na casa de banho quando chegamos tinha uma aranha enorme. Em alguns dos armários tinha casacos de inverno do proprietário e algumas portas dos armários estavam trancadas com cadeado. Quanto à parte exterior tinha tralha por todo o lado. Quando selecionei uma casa com piscina era com intenção de desfrutar de piscina, mas além da piscina ser de frente à casa do senhorio, o que não dava qualquer privacidade a piscina era um tanque minúsculo. Considero até enganoso considerar aquilo uma piscina. Tinhamos alugado 2 noites e ficamos apenas pois não nos sentimos confortáveis.

we booked this accommodation for our two grandmothers. We discussed their experiences and came to the conclusion that we all think that the place is overpriced. Main factor is that the photo's don't tell the real story we think. The appartement is a bit tucked away at the back of the house and isn't as sunny at it seems on the photo's. The place just outside the house isn't charming. It's a little rubbishy. The design, furniture and equipment all seems a little bit like the budget option (electric stove, old pans..). At night you could hear the televion and talking of the owners, who live in the house that's connected to the place. It didn't bother our grandmom's too much, but it should not be for a place with a price like that. The house itself is right behind a annual check up garage for cars and trucks. Not the nicest place, the pictures on the site gave us more a feel of more being on the countryside. The swimmingpool is good for a dip during warm days (what we enjoyed a lot), but not at all for a swim. It's way too small for that. Well, for a budgetstay the place ain't bad. The airco does the job, the shower is good, the beds are nice. But it unfortunately lacks the charm we had expected and has some pitfalls as we mentioned. The hostess is very discrete and friendly and wanted to help out with extra plates because of us with a kid staying over for lunch and taking a swim

Nice mountain area near the village of S. Brás de Alportel and the historic roman baths of Milreu. 20 minutes away from Faro. Big bathroom with nice shower. Lots of blankets. Did not use the air conditioning but it is there. Very clean and freshly painted. We enjoyed the company of their friendly cats. We appreciate being able to bring our own cats.

Incredibly overpriced. Paid 275€ for 3 days in March. Not worth a third of that. Here's why: The worst mattresses you'll ever sleep in. There's a choice of 2 single beds and a double and they're all the stuff of nightmares as they just a little less hard than cement. Even if, like me, you like hard mattresses you won't like these. The bedroom windows open to cluttered walls of junk. One of the rooms has a noisy fridge right in front of the window, so you'll have it closed at all times. The living room is dark and maybe because of that there are no shutters or curtains which means no privacy. You can hear people in the house adjacent and they can hear you. Bathroom window existent but useless, blocked by panels, so no air or light. Do not be fooled by the photos, the outside area is a work in progress and has junk all over. The pool is tiny and a kennel with barking dogs is right in front of it, so no chill. Cheap and weak portable camp stove with only 2 burners. No oven. Painfully white LED light. Warm yellow is much cosier and just as easy to obtain these days. The location is ok but there's a very noisy veheicle inspection building near by. Obviously not their fault but it should bring the price down quite a bit. Grill still dirty from the previous use. The house would be adequate as a budget rental if it had good beds, however without a more accommodating garden area and comfortable places to relax it becomes difficult to enjoy the house as a place to stay.
