Owner should provide staff's number instead if his, as he doesn't care to help customers. Even after 4-5 calls, I didn't get answers and was told will get call back, which never happened. No where it is mentioned that room will be part of a 3 bhk flat. Also, no wifi in rooms. Taking nothing away from good service of staffs though.
INLate food delivery. They take more than 1 hour to deliver food as no there is NO restaurent on premise. They have their own restaurent little far (15 mins 2 wheeler drive) from Ponmari Villa.
INRooms are comfortable and exceeds my expectations. Dinner and breakfast are good and stay value for money
