Przyjemne, czyste wnętrza, bezpieczne wejście do budynku. Jasne określone zasady.

Apartament nr 1 ma balkony i okna skierowane na wyższe sąsiadujące z nim budynki. W związku z tym mało światła słonecznego dociera do wnętrza ale to drobnostka.

Были с семьей в конце сентября - совместили выставку в Болонье и проживание в курортном районе. Прекрасное место - самое близкое место при совмещении задачи близости жд вокзала и курортной улицы у первой линии моря. Рядом супермаркет и один из лучших ресторанов города. Получение ключей и возврат апартаментов - все быстро и понятно, без сюрпризов и подводных камней. На кухне не готовили - не было необходимости, но на кухне все было для возможности приготовить. Все чисто и уютно и места значительно больше чем в гостинице. Если поедем еще раз, то точно будем рассматривать этот вариант.

Мы много стирали (поэтому и брали апартаменты, так как были с маленьким ребенком), но не было сушилки для белья. Вынуждены были завесить все перила и стулья. Но в остальном это лучший вариант для проживания

Apartman bol super- interier aj exterier budovy. Pod budovou je drogeria Dm-ka 😊 Nedaleko supermarket, plaz, obcianska vybavenost.

Hluk z prilahlej restauracie. Kazdy vecer bola ziva hudba do polnoci.

"Top Lage nah am Strand"

Die Lage war Top. 50 m zum Strand, Alles nötige ( DM, Supermarkt, Restaurants, Eisdiele) in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Mitarbeiter vom Hotel, das das Apartment verwaltet, waren alle super freundlich und hilfsbereit

Den Meerblick musste man zwischen den Pinien suchen. Vor dem Apartment befand sich leider all abendlich ein Alkoholiker und Obdachlosen Treff. Ich empfehle eine Garage zu mieten. Parkgelegenheiten sind rar.
