The location of the apartament is very good inside the old town, near to shops and restaurants. The apartament was really clean and cozy and hostess Emanuela was very helpful. I truly recommend

It was very clean, new, and completely curated by the owner. Her artwork which is beautiful was present throughout the apartment and I truly felt like I was in Sperlonga at the beach. It really made the vacation wonderful because there was so much beauty outside to enjoy while incredible beauty and taste inside the apartment. Everything was very modern and easy to use. The location was excellent - right in the center but also quiet as it didn’t face the Main Street. I enjoyed it so much.

Emanuela is a super host. Our train was late and she helped find a driver to fetch us. She brought extra coffee and was overall super responsive and kind. The flat was very clean and well equiped. Thr location is perfect. It's right on the piazza but it's quiet inside. Ideal! Also an easy walk down to the beach.

The bedroom was too small for my height ,I am 6ft but it did not spoil the stay.

The apartment was perfect! Could not be more centrally located, right off the center of Sperlonga. Walkable to anywhere you want to go, beach, food, drinks, shopping, views. Not to mention the apartment is spotlessly clean and fully stocked with everything you need. Emanuela was so welcome and sweet! Definitely recommend staying here and will be back again hopefully soon!

Sperlonga is a cool, out of the ordinary, (I have seen many), beach resort/town along the Mediterranian coast. The very best place to stay is in the old town. Here you have the best restaurants and bars and it is still a short walk to the beach. In the heart of the old town you find Residenza Ottaviano. The newly renovated place is an experience by itself, situated in a old, charming building with white marble steps. The host(s) are very accomodative and nice and the facilities are of good qualities and design. Proper beds and duvets are essential to me along with a delicate and well functioning bathroom. The kitchen is very well equipped even with napkins, coffee and ice-coolers in the fridge! It is obvious that the host(s) have thought of everything for you to have a comfortable stay!
