There is no lift, which was ok with me but some people might find difficult.

We’ve just returned from a wonderful stay — it was simply superb. The apartment is about a 40-minute ride from Palermo airport by public transport. The room is bright, very clean, modern; there’s a double bed, a spacious bathroom with a shower cabin, bidet, and a hygiene shower. On the balcony there’s a Jacuzzi, two sun loungers for those who enjoy tanning, and privacy — the neighbours’ windows are lower, so nobody can peek in. The location is excellent: in the centre, with the nearest historic sites just a five-minute walk, and the port about 10-15 minutes away. Literally a minute’s walk to a good shop stocking everything we might need: food, household goods. On the waterfront there are many restaurants with modern interiors and stylish music, and also singing fountains. What really pleased us was how quiet the room was — street noise was not audible at all. The air-conditioning worked silently. Also — there were plenty of sockets, so we didn’t have to worry where to charge our phones, headphones, Apple Watch — everything was within reach. Available in the apartment were a capsule coffee machine, kettle, mini-fridge, iron, toaster, tea and sugar set — everything we might need. Every morning Stefania brought us pleasant treats — pastries or croissants, water, coffee. We especially want to thank her for allowing us a late check-out. To everyone going to Palermo, we highly recommend staying here — we left in a great mood with excellent memories.

The only downside was that there is no elevator, so we had to carry our suitcases up to the fourth floor ourselves, but that’s such a small thing compared to how cozy, wonderful, and pleasant it is here.

Lovely apartment in the centre of old Palermo with access to a roof terrace. Complimentary snacks and drinks the host, Stefania provided was a nice touch and she was super attentive with lots of tips and suggestions as to what to see and do.

Liked everything
