Tutto stupendo. Posta rilassante, con tutti i comfort. Belle le aree circostanti per passeggiare e per godere del buon cibo. Appartamento spazioso, pulito. Pet Friendly. Giardino in comune grandissimo e tutto recintato

La posizione.. assolutamente tranquillo, consiglio vivamente per scappare dalla frenesia, cucina rifornita, tutto recintato a prova di cani, liberi di muoversi, spazio a volontà, Andrea gentilissimo

Niente da dire

We have booked this place based on the reviews and location mainly for our daughter who goes through the period of wanting as least interactions with people as possible. And upon our arrival it was great - the location, the tranquillity, the views, the pool and just relaxing atmosphere. Everything was just as it should be. The host, Andrea, met us at the Podere Casone at the agreed time to show us around and give us keys. The apartment was clean and cosy, kitchen fully equipped, towels and toiletries available. It's a rural property in the middle of woods and meadows, so if one does not go along with insects (mosquitoes, flies, ants, spiders, grasshoppers, bees, wasps, etc.), expects sterile environment or five star hotel quality standards, one better look somewhere else. It needs to be remembered, that the remote location will require bigger shopping to be done to minimise the frequency of trips to the supermarket as this can be a bit of a pain. Nevertheless the atmosphere and tranquillity of Podere Casone makes up for this. The only point that needs mentioning is that within the Podere Casone there are three apartments, not just one. We got confused when booking by the information that the whole place is yours, which is only partially true. But it was our mistake not confirming this with Andrea in the first place, which we can only blame ourselves. Andrea is very attentive host that goes above and beyond to make sure his guests have a great time at Podere Casone and his is just a message away if ones needs anything. One will certainly have a great time here!

As the place is not entirely yours (shared with other two apartments), one might end up having a very noisy and ignorant bunch of six people above one's apartment who will keep you awake with noise, loud talking, dogs barking and running around the apartment above your head till 02:00 am or having a loud music played from a portable speaker near the pool throughout most of the day, just like we did. However, one message to Andrea and he managed to talk to the other guests to reinforce the quiet hours and to remind to be more mindful of others, which was all we needed.

Il podere è bellissimo. Non siamo stati molto fortunati perché siamo arrivati con la pioggia. Ma è davvero un posto molto molto bello. Andrea è super disponibile...tornerò a trovarlo...magari con il sole!😊
