The place is fantastic, a very good House and the people working there are always paying attention to details and helping a lot. Very confortable. Thanks for our wonderful stay.

A whole villa for our selves

A lot of Kareoke in this area. Constantly noisy

Madam Rose and her right hand, Gian, took the absolute best care of us. Madam also helped us by arranging sardine run snorkeling, canyoneering, waterfalls excursion, private car pickup from airport and private car to take us to Oslob and whale shark watching. Anything we needed, they responded literally instantly. Even to call us tricycles to go to dinner in the evenings. The villa is huge (we only used 2 bedrooms out of 5) and the beds were comfortable, sheets clean, AC in the bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, the works. We wish we could stay longer. We highly highly recommend this place to anyone, who wants to fully enjoy all of the amazing Maolbaol. No need to stress over anything, Madam and Gian will take care of everything. Spacious, clean quite area

we thought the house was great for our family when we arrived.

the path to the so called beach was a narrow rocky walkway, leading to some concrete steps down to the rocky so called beach. We did enjoy our stay at first, after arriving late around 6pm due to finding it very difficult to find the house. We asked if we could have a later check out and the owner granted our request and told us we could check out at 1pm as she had other guests who would be arriving for their 3pm check in. So the next morning after having our breakfast we decided to venture out to do a bit of snorkeling, all was going well until we returned to the house at 12.30 to pick up our bags and check out. But we were shocked to discover that the owner had been inside the house with her staff,and removed all our bags and personel things and even worse was the fact that she allowed the new guests inside the house!!!! they were just sitting there waiting for us to leave, that was a terrible way to treat us.We were very dissapointed that she would do that,Its not the way to run an accommodation business as i know only too well because I have an accommodation place in Santa Fe on Bantayan Island. Also there was no water during the night for showers or toilets.

The sevice and hospitality was excellent. Very friendly owner. We felt at home. From the start good communication and feedback. The villa was clean, good equiped. Everything in good state of maintenance. The villa quite close to the beach.
