Faudrai amélioré le petit déjeuné il n'y avait pas assez de choix en fruit et améliorer les vienoiseries sinon le reste était correcte

The staff in the bar and restaurant were warm and helpful. Excellent breakfast. Beautiful views of the sea. Good communication before arrival.

The rooms, especially bathrooms require a renovation. The steel has calcium stains. The drain of the shower was all rusty. The smoke alarm went off on my last night without reason, nobody offered an explanation. The front desk staff were nice but quite slow to help. I had to wait half an hour for the airport transfer for no apparent reason. I asked them to call the airline for me to clarify time for departure which kept on changing and they kind of said that I should just wait and see. I could have enjoyed my last day better if I was more sure what time be at the airport. Stuff that didn't take anything away from the lovely views and vibe of this hotel. But they could offer a fantastic experience if these few features are improved.

Hotellin ympäristö oli todella kaunis ja ihanaa että yksityinen ranta oli ihan vieressä. Varasimme melonnan mangrovemetsään, mikä oli todella hyvä ja opas mukava. Aamiainen oli todella kattava ja löytyi myös vegaanivaihtoehtoja.

Olisin toivonut tarkempaa merkintää tai opastusta vegaanisista vaihtoehdoista aamupalalla.

It probably wasn't cleaned as much as it could be.

I liked the service.

The resort is showing its age and could benefit from some refurbishment. Our room was quite dated, with deteriorating wooden window frames, uneven walls, and visible wear throughout. The pool was smaller than expected, although it was nice and deep. On the positive side, the staff were very helpful and allowed us to check in early. We also experienced noise from animals running around on the roof during our first night, but the team was understanding and moved us to another room the next day, which greatly improved our stay. Good service, but the property itself needs some maintenance and updating.
