Very nicely decorated apartment. Clean and comfortable and in a great location. All facilities were good.

Watch your head going up to the second bedroom!

Bathroom door needs attention as swollen at bottom and disintegrating. Shower head won’t stay fixed so must use as a hand held

The property is in a great location amongst access to bus, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, main strip and to the market.

When you first opened the main door there were many steps which were not advised. It was difficult getting luggage up. The temperature of the hot water service was an issue. The spring from the shower head appeared to be broken. There was mould in the shower. We only had one towel provided for 5 days. It was over priced for what we experienced. Very dated.

We were a family of six, who spent a week here and we loved it. It had everything we needed for the amount of time. The location of the appartment is really perfect. Close to major sights and in the middle of Old Palermo. We did not experience any inconveniences. The host was amazing, quick responding, helped out with recommendations and resolved any inquiry. If you visit Palermo, this is the place to stay. Thanks for having us!

The location of the property was excellent… Close to everything..We initially booked for 2 nights and realised it wasn’t enough and we ended up booking for an additional 2 nights before our trip.. We were lucky it was still available..

When you opened the front door there are 14 steps leading to the apartment.. It was a challenge getting our suitcases upstairs..The lights and air conditioning operated with a key on the wall.. If one of us had to leave to get water or something there was no lights.. The hot water service was dripping and the hot water was not instantaneous… The pillows were very flat.. We had to get extra pillows from another room.. There was only towel each for 5 days.. It was hot and humid and needed at least 2 showers a day.. No washing machine..Would’ve appreciated an extra towel.. The shelf in the bathroom was unstable and could not place toiletries.. Shower head spring was broken. Shower appeared to have mould..
