Sehr geräumig und 2 Terrassen.

Es war sehr ringhörig, so dass man die Nachbarn extrem gut hören konnte. Die Dusche ist sehr klein und es kommt nur warmes kein heisses Wasser.

L'appartamento é nuovo, pulito e dotato di ogni comfort. Il proprietario é simpatico e gentile. La zona residenziale é in costruzione ma é a 300 metri dal mare e 15 minuti dal centro...perfetto!

L'appartamento è molto bello proprio come nelle foto, tenuto molto bene sembrava appena fatto. Laura la ragazza che ci ha fatto il checkin è molto in gamba, simpatica e attentissima a qualunque necessità. Lo consiglio vivamente

"Appartamento carino e funzionale"

Struttura comoda vicino al mare e 15 minuti dal centro. Appartamento nuovo, carino e funzionale anche se l’arredamento può essere migliorato. L’host è stata gentile nel fornirmi su richiesta il seggiolino ed un asciugamano in più di cui avevo bisogno. Rapida nella risposta

Il bagno anche se nuovo è già in parte rovinato, forse dipende anche dalla scarsa qualità dei sanitari (porta della doccia instabile, doccino che non si blocca). Suggerirei alla host di essere presente al momento dell’arrivo e non far aspettare i suoi ospiti (è capitato a noi come ad altri ospiti che il giorno successivo la stavano aspettando e ci chiedevano come contattare l’host). Inoltre molto sbrigativa sui suggerimenti su dove mangiare e cosa vedere. Sono attenzioni che fanno la differenza.

Casa nuova e fornita di tutto....posizione eccellente..10 Min dalla spiaggia e 15 Min a piedi dal centro di Marzamemi..

Poca ombra sul terrazzino...proprio se vogliamo trovare qualcosa

"Peaceful location"

Very nice apartment, kitchen is well equipped, beds are comfortable and everything was tidy and clean. Great outdoor space - 2 terraces. Our host was extremely friendly and welcoming. Arranged us a visit to the local winery for a wine tasting event. Beach was short walk away. Overall we had great time and we would stay there again anytime.

Construction across the street, but it’s nothing that is related to this lovely accommodation.
