Hello Salerno

No breakfast supplied. Location good, close to train terminal.

Couldn't find Hello Salerno location within a large building complex. No staff or rep found to direct where to go. Had to ask several people how to contact outfit. After serveral trips hauling luggage, was directed to Zero restaurant. Emailed property for early 1pm check in which was approved. Went back to Zero restaurant & waiter said had to wait until 3pm in between his tending to restaurant customers. Went back at 3pm & had to wait another 30 minutes while he made a phone call & was tending to customers. Finally brought me to the building & the room. Was given 3 bulky keys without explanation other one used on room. Asked about key return & told had to back to restaurant. Had to catch a 8am train & found restaurant closed. Had to go back up to leave keys in unlocked room.

The bed was very clean and comfortable, the pillows were great. Location is awesome, you can reach the train station and the port within 5 minutes. The room was surprisingly quiet even though it faced the main street. I slept very well. There is also air conditioning!

The flush system was sometimes loud and the bathroom (and the room) had a weird smell. The smell got stronger when you were showering and it was quite disturbing.

the room is very modern, bathroom is spacious. located centrally near ferry and buses and shopping/dining street however it is in a small compound so it is not noisy and feels very private. safe area. host was accomodating. let us keep our luggage in storage when we arrived earlier. the main area has a washing machine, microwave and ironing machine which was very useful.

would have liked a closet in the room. it is just a small rack where you hang stuff.
