The apartment is spacious and has a lovely ambiance. It’s in a good location for many attractions and to soak up the essence of the old town. It’s close to good public transport on Via Roma. It’s comfortably furnished and has a washing machine. It’s also opposite a block sized park/garden which is refreshing. Great food providor and restaurant very close by. We enjoyed it.

The check in and access is complicated. You need to collect the keys from 5 blocks away before going to the apartment. This is easily missed in the second paragraph of the long instructions if you’re not careful. Having collected the keys there is only one set and nowhere (safe box) to leave them outside the apartment so if you go out separately someone gets locked out. This can be inconvenient and takes a bit of planning and management to avoid. The air conditioning doesn’t really work. We couldn’t get the apartment below 24.5 degrees ever.

Very nice place to live. The location is very close to everything. There is a free parking space downstairs. The room is quite clean and cozy.

Good location, easy parking for the weekend, at no costs, nice kitchen, fairly clean space, has air conditioning, you can not go without in Palermo in June, it s very hot and humid outside

Much more attention to renovation

The apartment was great in a great location, it was clean, it has everyting you need even a washing machine. The beds are great and it was relatively calm during the night. There is street parking in front of the apartment, almost always you can find a spot. The self check in was easy and the apartment owners were very responsive on Whatsapp.

On the parking there was always one negroid guy that trys to get you to pay him for the parking, just ignore him, and have a full insurance on the rental car.

location was good. beds were comfortable.

the description states 2 bathrooms but what it didn't say was only one shower. took some coordination with a group of 4. Getting the keys was a little confusing. Had to find a separate building 5 minutes walk from the actual assortment.

Location excellent, quiet, close to everything including car hire.
