When we tried to check-in there were complications with the room numbers. We waited.... to an extent I wanted to leave because the lady on the phone said we booked the wrong room for a different price, WHAT!!! meaning "the following day we have to pay extra", She said. I was angry. Thanks to the staff whom we found there, she saw we didn't do anything wrong while booking. She was able to sort it out with the lady on the phone. Everything was set. Thank you.
ZAZADidn’t have breakfast but the staff members were very friendly and helpful.
Enjoyed everything, just the last night we experienced an unexpected load shedding which lasted until the next morning.
