For us location was ideal, close to Bayterek tower. The hotel only had stairs and we had way too much luggage but otherwise nice little hotel. Budget friendly. Administrator was super helpful, any problems, she would solve... She's amazing!

Some things need updating such as pillows, blankets, I prefer darker curtains as it got really light at 4am. The bathroom vent needs to be fixed.

Очень уютно, чисто, как дома. Видно, что персонал относится ко всему с любовью и заботой. Я утром не успевала на завтрак, т.к. он в 9.00, а мне в 8.00 нужно было уходить, мне взамен предложили обед. Владелец Отеля очень приятная и приветливая девушка. Если снова полечу в Астану, снова воспользуюсь услугами Отеля "Jasmin".
