Loft Stintino

Nous avons passé un séjour formidable dans le logement Menphis à Stintino ! L’appartement est parfaitement situé, au calme et proche des plus belles plages de Sardaigne. Tout était très propre, bien équipé et conforme à la description. Jean-Jacques est un hôte chaleureux et disponible, ce qui a rendu notre expérience encore plus agréable. Nous gardons un excellent souvenir de nos vacances et nous recommandons vivement ce logement à tous ceux qui souhaitent découvrir la région de Stintino.

Excellent location, literally 10 minutes from town, and about 15 min drive to anywhere else - La Pelosa, Ezzi Mannu... Very clean, modern, quiet, and cosy. The garden is perfect for having caffe in the morning or relax after a sunny day at the beach!

JJ is very friendly and helpful, opened to discuss any topic you want and need to make your stay great. PDF about loft and Stintino area provided right after the booking. The rest explained during the keys transfer. The loft is located in a quiet area, 10 mins walk to Porto di Stintino with restaurants and 10 mins walk to Marina di Stintino from where day trips to Asinara are starting (streets are connected with steps). Safe parking place from Via Maestrale on unpaved road, 20m and several stairs down the apartment. We used kitchen used only for basics, shower perfect, beds comfortable. AC missing in the small room for kid, but can be cooled from bedroom or from lower floor. Extra beach towels and required equipment for La Pelosa beach (book in advance!) provided for free. Most of other nice beaches reachable by car only, but there are few for walking distance as well. Recommended!

Waste management policy is a bit annoying during the holiday, but in the end, is really required!

Huset är smakfullt inrett och utrustat med allt man behöver. Härlig dusch, bra parkering. Värden mötte upp och vi kände oss mycket välkomna. A 5 star welcome, och han hjälpte oss också med tips på aktiviteter, ställen att besöka, restauranger mm. Hela familjen trivdes så bra och kan varmt rekommendera detta hus. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka.

Our stay in the house in Stintino was simply perfect! The accommodation was excellently equipped, super clean and everything was absolutely new. The layout of the house was very good and we found all the utensils we needed in the kitchen. The two bathrooms were very comfortable and the terrace was ideal for relaxing. The location of the house was quiet but still within easy reach of the centre of Stintino where we could enjoy the restaurants and the great harbour atmosphere. Our host JJ was always available from the beginning to the end of our stay and provided us with great tips that made our stay unique. The stylish furnishings of the house with unique design elements created a very special atmosphere. We can highly recommend the house and will definitely be back.
