Brak możliwości wypoczynku w pokoju np. na małej sofie, na balkonie 1 krzesło (przydałby się stolik+2 krzesła) . W WC należałoby zamieścić wieszak na papier toaletowy. Koniecznie przystosować szafę na wieszaki i na część półkową . Widok z balkonu - zaniedbane ogrody. Apartament do odświeżenia.

Średnio z czystością w tym apartamencie. Nie działa telewizor, nie jest tak ładny jak na zdjęciach, materac na lozku brudny a łóżko połamane i skrzypiące. Słabo wyciszone ściany, w nocy szczękał pies a wieczorem ktoś sie kłócił, Z kosza na śmieci śmierdziało. Brak uchylne okna
