Location was great

We have been travelling and staying in villas all over the world for more than 30 years, and we’ve never had such a horrific experience as we did at Branda Villa. From the moment we arrived, it was clear the property was nothing like what was advertised. A pack of stray dogs barked non-stop every night for two weeks, right outside the property. We couldn’t sleep — it was like trying to rest in a chaotic alleyway. The front steps of the villa were extremely dangerous. Our two-year-old child fell and hit his head on the very first day. After that, we had to escort him up and down constantly, fearing another accident. The entrance area looked like a neglected construction zone — totally different to the photos. Inside, things only got worse. • No dining table — we had to eat on the floor. • A tiny cooktop that only fit one pan, making cooking extremely difficult. • A rubbish bin so small we had to empty it multiple times a day. • The air conditioners barely worked. • The shower had no screen, so water went everywhere. • Plumbing was poorly done, and basic kitchen tools were missing. We reached out to the host within a couple of days to explain that the property felt unsafe and was not as described. We were told we would receive a response. We followed up multiple times, but received no reply at all. Completely ignored. This wasn’t just inconvenient — it was stressful, unsafe, and deeply disappointing. We left feeling exhausted and misled. We strongly urge Booking.com to investigate this listing and remove it from the platform. It is not fit for guests. Would I recommend Branda Villa to anyone? Absolutely not. It was a nightmare.
