Very cooperative front desk. All staffs very polite. Breakfast spread was good. Food is excellent.

Housekeeping should be more vigilant in changing daily toiletries and tea coffee replenish along with regular towel changes.

Just the location

The property has the potential to become a good hotel in Aizwal, where there's limited inventory. Unfortunately, it's currently poorly managed. I had booked a deluxe suite but was assigned a room that looked nothing like the pictures—a regular deluxe room with an incredibly small bathroom, barely big enough for one person. I switched rooms, but the new one had a strong unpleasant odor. The sheets and quilt were stained, and I had to request replacements. To make matters worse, the staff entered the room without knocking, even when my wife was alone inside. The corridors were messy with paint splatters everywhere. If this place were better maintained and the staff properly trained, I believe it could become a really good property given its modern furniture and fixtures.

Good. Location very good.

Water supply and hot water availability could have been more prompt and without reminder everyday.

Clean and peaceful. Safe. People are co-operative.
