"Cozy and family-friendly."

Very nice complex. There is a water stream passing through the courtyard, and there was practically no noise from the street. The houses are well-built, and clean. There is a nice pool to cool down, and there was also a sauna and a hot-tub we did not use. The BBQ zone was great - there was even a gas-stove. It was on the other side of the stream, so you don't need to worry much about the smoke and the smell. The bed could have been more comfortable, but this is a personal thing, others might find this great. Overall it was a great place, I would gladly return.
