Apartman Lara

The apartment has an excellent location in the old town but the building is not old. The apartment has all the facilities. We took a taxi from the bus station got off from Zadarski Volt, and walked 3 minutes to the apartment. Though it's on the third floor, the stairs were easy to walk. The apartment was very quiet and we didn't hear any noise. The host met us at the property, provided detailed instructions, and, recommended some excellent restaurants.

The apartment was very clean and the host was Nice and friendly. Very informative and Quick to reply on questions. The location is perfect in the middle of the Old town. Very convinient and lots of restaurants just outside the Doors.

The exterior of the apartment was quite worn Down and staircase was smelling from cigarettes. Further, the staircase was not very welcoming because of dirt, and some Doors even had holes and no doorhandles. Don’t choose the apartment for the rooftop terraces. Not really usefull as it is very worn Down. Bit noisy area, but to be expected when you in the middle of the city.

since the moment we arrived it felt like visiting family, we even found maps a recommendation of places to go. location was perfect

The apartment is located in old town but is not so loud as one could expect from this location. I liked the apartment itself as the surroundings.

The view from roof terrace was a bit disappointing.

The apartment was very clean and had all facilities needed for a vacation. The host was very kind and provided all necessary information.

The entrance of the building has a bad smell.
